On 26th November 2019, the Social Studies Foundation commemorated Constitution Day with an academic gathering that underscored the inclusive spirit of India’s constitutional framework. The event was attended by fifty participants, reflecting a diverse engagement with constitutional values. Dr. Deepak Jevane delivered a lecture titled “How the Constitution is Inclusive”, wherein he critically examined the provisions that safeguard equality, justice, and representation for marginalized communities. His discourse emphasized the Constitution’s role as a dynamic instrument of social transformation, fostering democratic participation and reinforcing the principles of inclusivity enshrined in its foundational ethos.
